This path along the edge of fields and the forest leading to Cornabey is very pleasant. You cross a small bridge to span the stream.

The route climbs at an average rate, although it also reaches a peak of 11% (briefly). Overall, it's a very pleasant ride, and the forest provides shade when needed, making the climb more bearable. Overall, it's a better alternative for cyclists than the main D47 road via Les Gras directly towards Pontarlier. It's also less busy and offers more variety, alternating between meadows and forest sections.

Beautiful greenway on the old railway line in the heart of the natural environment of Haut-Doubs. The views overlooking the Doubs valley are magnificent.
