The tower is officially called an observation tower, and you have a very good view of the nearby Wollschweininsel. Unfortunately, the view is slightly restricted due to the much too massive roof and the construction, which is a shame, it could have been done better.

Beautiful steel tower. From the platform you have a wonderful view. At the foot of the tower there are numerous seating options, some of which are covered.

The panorama board installed on the Amalienhöhe by the Heimatverein Heiligenberg e.V. in 2000 helps to determine the Alpine peaks when visibility is good.
