From the Neckar Bridge you have a wonderful view of the river and the Neckar Island. The Württemberg Wine Cycle Route passes by here.

Rottenburg is the destination of the Württemberg Wine Cycle Route and an excellent southern wine town.

Quite well signposted path with beautiful sections.

Attention: From the Neckar power station viaduct, the cycle path to Lustnau is closed. Status: 10.05.2024

Beautiful large market square in the center of Rottenburg. Framed by the St. Martin Cathedral and the town hall. Lots of restaurants around the market square as well as a large fruit and vegetable stand.

Jakob's Genusswerkstatt is located right on the bike path near Kirchentellinsfurt. It's impossible to miss. It's worth stopping here. Great espresso, coffee, and several homemade ice cream flavors.

There are several ways to cycle through Rottenburg. Either on the Neckar Valley cycle path, always directly along the Neckar, or through the old town with a large market square and winding streets. You should bring some time with you for this.
