The Col du Rideux: a gem in Luxembourg's Aisne Valley and a favorite among climbing enthusiasts. The 2.6 km climb (avg. 6.2%, 160m elevation gain) winds through a dense forest and is actually divided into two sections. After the hairpin bend, it seems to be over, but then comes a challenging final half kilometer at 8%. The road surface isn't in the best condition, but the climb has charm. Fun fact: rumor has it that this was the first climb in Belgium to be designated a "Col"!

I liked this trail and these sections. It is tough and physical in sections, but worthy of passing through. All the way from Northern England but nice to ride through The Weris Quarry

I've done this section a lot, only downhill as a descent. Fantastic, wonderfully technical. As a climb, which this section actually is, it's impossible. I come here often, and I've also heard from locals that this section is impossible to climb.

The unique stones were recently excavated and are now on display for anyone who wants to experience a piece of history from the beautiful Weris (Durbuy).

Worth it.

This superb wooden bridge impresses with its two towers positioned on each bank. It offers a magnificent view of the Ourthe, the river that accompanies you on many cycling routes.

Here the Ourth, which has washed deep into the rock of the Ardennes, meanders picturesquely through the town. 😍
