Here you are walking on a wide, comfortable dirt road surrounded by trees. Let yourself be embraced by the greenery and enjoy its scents. The only sounds you hear here are those of the forest and your footsteps on the ground.

Norringure is the forested area surrounding the village of Norring west of Hinnerup, known for its dense woodland, small streams and rich wildlife. Several marked trails run through the area, offering quiet terrain for walking, running and nature observation. The varied landscape, from moist forest floors to gentle moraine hills, makes it common to spot deer, hares, pheasants and many bird species.

Nice, easy trail in the Hinnerup Forest. The area with several trails is close to Hinnerup, parking lots and a train station are there for easy access.

Here, forest meets wide fields – great for hiking and relaxing.

Pøt Mølle Restaurant is located in the middle of the woods. The building was once a grain mill, then a water mill, and finally a restaurant.

The water tower at Randersvej or Det Gamle Vandtårn is a 38 meter high former water tower in the northern part of Aarhus, built in 1907-08. At over 100 years old, the water tower is the oldest in the Aarhus area and also one of the few that are still standing.
