At Collidicote Road there is a uneven lay-by.

There track which goes to the side and over the bridge, please note there is gate there which goes to Sparrowhall Farm

This is a pleasant cycleway between Harpenden and Luton with very little traffic during the day. It's got a good surface and nice views, especially during the autumn time with the falling leaves.

Ayot Greenway is a wonderful off-road link out of Welwyn Garden City toward the Chilterns, which can be subsequently combined with The Nickey Line.

The Lea Valley Walk follows the route along the Lea Navigation Towpath between Luton and Limehouse in East London. This particular stretch flows out of Harpenden and past the Aldwickbury Park Golf Course through a medley of vibrant green trees.
