The following text from the website speaks for itself and requires no further explanation: Dear Guests, In 1990, we repurchased our parents' house, moved from Zarrentin to Neuenkirchen, and converted the house back into a guesthouse and inn between 1991 and 1992. We have been welcoming guests under our roof for over 200 years. On August 26, 2013, the house celebrated its 250th anniversary. We consistently offer regional cuisine based on regional products. Many of our dishes come from our own, organically managed vegetable and herb garden. All dishes are freshly prepared; please be aware of the resulting waiting times in advance. The Kneese Pome Fruit Manufactory is a small, fine business in the village of Kneese, dedicated to processing fruit from local orchards with great passion. The cider press was founded in 2009 and has operated under its current name since 2022, after expanding its product range to include cider and fermented fruit products. What makes it special: Products: Freshly pressed juices, iced tea, cider, vinegar, distillates, and other delicacies. Philosophy: Artisan, sustainable, and with a love of the region – the fruit comes from over 100 heirloom varieties in Bioland-certified orchards. It is known for its natural juice from local orchards and is a point of contact for locals during the fruit harvest, who can have their fruit pressed into juice here.
