The Anna ferry awaits you for a crossing across the Zschopau River for adults, children, and bicycles during the season from April to October. The ferry has a tradition dating back to the mid-19th century. Numerous legends and stories are associated with it. The ferryman will be happy to tell you more during the crossing. The ferry connects the popular hiking trails on the left bank of the Zschopau River (near the Wasserschänke) with the legendary and famous Bruhmsteig trail. St. James' Church, Freiberg. Visible from afar. Information: A neo-Gothic church. The tower is 57 meters high, and the portal features sculptures by Daniel Pöppelmann from Dresden. The church's valuable interior furnishings were salvaged from the old St. James' Church, which was demolished in 1889/90.

Abraham Shaft (Ascension Mine) in Freiberg. Information: The center of the mine, later known as the "Ascension Mine," was for a long time the 625-meter-deep, inclined Abraham Shaft, equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Numerous mining-related service buildings were erected around the shaft.
