They offer a flowing and shaded experience through stream channels and unique landscapes, suitable for all skill levels. The old Turkish bridge over the Naqura creek is located just a few meters from the historical archeological site of Tel Nagila. This was an old fort on a hill in the western half of the Naqura creek. You can rest and have a picnic in the shade of nearby trees.

Within the national park lie the remains of the two ancient cities of Eleutheropolis and Marissa. It is known for its numerous caves, which you can enter as a visitor. In 2014, the caves were included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. From the top of Tel Maresha you have an excellent view of the southern Judean plains.

The Yarkon River leads out of Tel Aviv like a green ribbon. Even though the green corridor is only narrow, you feel like you are in the middle of nature. The tall reeds form tunnels through which you can ride as a biker and which offer you wonderful shade.
