The Palatinate of Allstedt was a royal palace of the Ottonians in the area of today's town of Allstedt in the Mansfeld-Südharz district in the southwest of Saxony-Anhalt. The founder of this castle called himself Count von Rabenswalde. Today only the remains of the moat and the wall can be seen.

The conversion work began in July 2022 and is expected to last 2 1/2 years. A foundation has acquired the area and is remodeling it during this period. Visitation should be possible again from 2025. That's what we were told today. 👍 We are curious.
