The Thaí Vi Temple dates back to the 13th century. It can be visited free of charge. An old man plays traditional instruments there, creating a lovely atmosphere. In the courtyard, there are several temple dogs with bells around their necks.

Tam Coc is a small town near Ninh Binh. It's considered a tourist hotspot for accommodation, as most hotels, restaurants, and homestays are located here. One of two main boat tours departs directly from the town. Unfortunately, it's the less interesting one.
