Sitia is a small port town and also the center of sparsely populated northeastern Crete. Tourist offerings are largely limited to cafés and restaurants along the large harbor promenade, allowing the town to retain its original charm. It's worth a stroll.

Beautiful little water area with many different waterfowl near the harbor on the opposite side of the promenade from the sea. Very idyllic 👍
