This astronomical instrument stands in Psila Alonia Square (Πλατεία Ψηλά Αλώνια). It is distinguished by its symmetrical facade, decorative cornices, and prominent balcony. It was built in 1867. Originally, it was the residence of the wealthy merchant Aristides Georgiou.
