허쉬베르그‬에서 가장 멋진 ‪20‬개의 산장 & 오두막집

The Rodalben Tourist Association dedicated this beautiful shelter "in memory and gratitude" to the popular local priest and dean Martin Ehling (May 30, 1956 - May 17, 2014), who died suddenly and unexpectedly shortly before his 58th birthday. An information board describes the various stages of his (spiritual) work.

The hut was named in memory of the deceased local dean. According to the inscription, he died unexpectedly at the age of 58. A good opportunity for a rest.

Open again from February 25, 2024. Wed 2 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. and every second Sunday 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m

You can take a nice break at the Teufelshütte. You can also sit on benches outside the hut. I wouldn't enter the Kneipp facility, it's a bit of an eyesore.

Comfortable to sit on, although one bench is broken.

In front of the hut there is also a table with a bench where you can rest well. The Kneipp pool itself is not recommended. Was dirty and unkempt.

The PWV hut managed by the Thaleischweiler-Fröschen local association is located directly on the Steinenschlossweg, which at six kilometers is a pleasant short tour to the nearby ruins of the Steinenschloss. The hut can serve as a starting and ending point, so that after the hike on the circular route you can stop for a bite to eat.
