The Siegelshof is now privately owned and in excellent condition. The residents are very friendly, but you shouldn't just walk onto the property.

Caution: The Brandenfels Castle ruins are closed due to the danger of collapse. The paths leading up to the castle actually run directly along the remains of the walls. Little is known about the castle itself. However, an information board on site provides an overview of its key historical facts. The path approaching the castle from the south is very steep at the top. It can be slippery in wet conditions.

The small village of Holzhausen offers a dial-a-bus stop for hikers with seating and a view of the village pond. From the center, a very short access path on the X5H leads up to the church.

A rather simply furnished church, but one that is open to visitors. A guest book is also available in the sanctuary.

A very upscale hotel complex near Holzhausen, it's even been awarded a Michelin star. For many, it's probably just a sight to behold.
