Opening hours Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Lovely farm shop with lots of regional products. If you can't find anything suitable there, there's no help for you.

Great farm shop with regional products.

On my bike tour on the R1 through the middle of Germany, I stayed at the Hedersleben monastery. I can highly recommend that to everyone.

The plastered hall church was built in 1713/1714 from rubble stones. Previously, the Catholic and Protestant communities had used the church of the Hedersleben monastery, which was a little further to the west, although not without tension. Source: Wikipedia

A tributary of the Selke, a quiet section

Here the beautiful Selke meets the famous Bode. The confluence of the two rivers is certainly not spectacular, but since both rivers are of great importance in the region, a visit is certainly indispensable for any local resident. In addition, it is of course beautiful here - and quiet. Some people come here to fish, others probably sit around the campfire in the evening and have a barbecue. And for a good reason. The way here is easy to drive and poses no challenges.
