The Hase Valley is a beautiful area. By relocating the river dikes, floodplains were created, allowing the seasonal floodwaters of the Hase to spread. Wetland biotopes typical of floodplains have emerged, with flora and fauna settling in their riparian zones.

At the end of the bridge is the Heimathäuser (local history house). In summer, there is a beer garden under the oak trees. Opening Hours: Mondays: Closed Tuesday to Friday: Open from 4:00 PM Weekends and public holidays: Open from 11:00 AM

A very nice paved path around the lake. Plenty of exercise and play equipment, ideal if you have children who need a change of scenery.
