The well-preserved courtyard housed the Böhm family bakery until the late 1960s. The building on the right was erected in the early 19th century and, apart from the upper gable walls, is of solid construction. A barrel-vaulted cellar lies beneath part of the house. The dormer window on the long facade was added around 1900. The barn at the rear of the courtyard also contains timber framing and likely dates from the early 19th century. To the left is a two-story brick house built in the Gründerzeit style. The year 1887 is visible on a brick post in a photograph; this could be the year it was built. At the end of the 19th century, the property belonged to the Hessler family. During this time, Johann Adam Böhm I, a baker from the Odenwald region, married into the family.
