Uedelhoven is a district of the municipality of Blankenheim and is located in the southeast of the municipality of Blankenheim on the Ahrdorfer Kalkmulde (270.70). The Ahr flows around the town center from north to east at a distance of around 800 to 1000 m. The highest elevation is 477.6 m above sea level. The Nürburg is the highest castle in Rhineland-Palatinate (676.5 m above sea level). It was built on a basalt, weathered volcanic vent.
