The Podersdorf lighthouse on the eastern shore of Lake Neusiedl in Podersdorf am See is one of the few lighthouses in the Republic of Austria. It is also one of the southernmost lighthouses in the entire German-speaking world.

The church is a pre-Reformation parish that was temporarily Protestant. It has been Catholic again since 1673. The church is a Romanesque-early Gothic church building. The church tower and the vaulting of the nave date from the first half of the 17th century. After a tower fire, it was rebuilt in 1857. In 1875, the church was renovated by Friedrich Summerspach, and a further restoration took place in 1976. (Wikipedia)

The palace was built between 1701 and 1711 as a hunting lodge for Emperor Charles VI. In 1945, the palace was plundered by Soviet occupation troops, and in 1949, it largely burned down. Only the central section of the main building survived; the side wings were gradually reconstructed.
