This lake was flooded in the 1970s. It's a "miracle" how nature has evolved during this time. It gives us a glimpse of what the Lusatian lake landscape might one day look like.

It consists of a historic bakehouse with a clay oven, a barn displaying old farm implements, and a partially covered outdoor area. We haven't yet determined whether the association that runs the farm is still active.

There is a beautiful sandy beach on the South Sea beach, both textile and nudist. Clean beach with the option of retreating from the sun in the adjacent forest. Toilets (very clean) on the cycle path. The South Sea snack bar offers a good selection of food and drinks with good value for money. The snack bar is open daily from 10 a.m. There is a good place to park your bike.
