Beautiful tall church tower in Isny.

The Water Gate in Isny is a historic city gate, first mentioned in 1337 and part of the city wall. It served not only as a watchtower but also as a prison, where many prisoners could remain for over 500 years.

The market square, with the Hallhaus (Hall House), the Blaser Tower (Blaser Tower), and the town hall, is the civic heart of the old Free Imperial City of Isny. Here, you can linger, look around, or enjoy a refreshment stop.

아름다운 구시가지

Typical Allgäu: some stretches are tough, and the weather doesn't reward the effort. From Niso, it's really tough, but after Diepolz, it's all uphill. The mountain views are rarely perfect, but the route is still worthwhile, and the traffic is manageable. The alpine pasture in the mountain farmer's museum is smaller than expected, but the offerings are sufficient, and my usual sausage salad was delicious. Don't take the following seriously. Perhaps the kitchen had plenty of time, because I've never seen such small pieces of sausage salad. I hope you don't get into trouble with the boss.

Hengelesweiher is a truly beautiful pond, quiet and beautifully situated. Pure nature.

Very nice inn, great food.

The chapel is simple, with the usual depiction of the Passion of Jesus and wooden figures. The walls are decorated with pleasant colors and floral patterns.
