The Great Brombachsee is a reservoir in the south of Middle Franconia and, together with its two foredams, the Small Brombachsee and the Igelsbachsee, forms the Brombachsee. Inaugurated in 2000, it is the largest reservoir in the Franconian Lake District and the largest body of still water in Franconia.
