The paths of the Kystagerparken border Kalveboderne, the waters between Zealand and Amager. The combination of quiet green paths and the waters of the bay is lovely.

This church stands not far from the harbor. The neighborhood is very pretty and worth seeing for its many small alleys.

The entire area around Ishøj Harbour and Hand Køge Bay Beach Park was created between 1977 and 1980 by pumping approximately five million cubic meters of sand here. The result was a seven-kilometer-long beach and a five-square-kilometer recreational area with woods, lakes, and trails. Four marinas were built, providing space for around 3,500 boats. At the same time, the project served as coastal protection, as the newly created islands reduced the risk of flooding for the mainland. The artificial origins of the area are no longer apparent. However, some historical photos can be viewed via the link. Ishøj Strand is now a popular recreational area for residents of the capital and suburbs. Lifeguards are on duty in the designated area. Very beautiful long sandy beach

A stunning building and an enjoyable museum experience. If you're just passing by, the building itself is a real spectacle, but if you have time, it's worth locking up your bikes and going inside.
