Glaubitz Church and Memorial to the Fallen of the First World War. Information: A church is first mentioned in 1319. Built in 1589, initially without a tower (the tower was added in 1741), it is one of the oldest buildings in the village. After 1918 (war memorial), a stone base was added, topped with a hewn granite block and a polished red granite obelisk bearing inscriptions.

Glaubitz Forest. A diverse array of plants, panoramic views, a covered rest area, and pleasant trails. Info: A protected landscape area, developed in a near-natural way, the forest offers sports enthusiasts an attractive environment for hiking, walking, or running.

Upstream, the tower can be seen from afar. Upstream, it can easily be overlooked.

Currently under renovation (2024), but already looks really good.

That seems really interesting, because there is a cycle path along it and you can get from the Elbe directly into the Röderaue - I'll definitely give it a try... ;)
