Chelati makes fantastic ice cream – definitely worth trying. They now also offer various filled pastries (empanadas) and Argentinian stew. A small, friendly family business with a pleasant atmosphere.

The rest area has been recently renovated. Still too close to the village for my taste. The view is still nice.

Wonderful view in a very beautiful location. There are tables and buckets for a picnic. It has a special atmosphere if you go along with it. The board with explanations of the history is very clearly written.

Explore the Chriesiwäg in Gipf-Oberfrick, a family-friendly route through the beautiful, cherry-tree-rich landscape of the Fricktal. Learn more about cherry cultivation at eleven information boards and enjoy fresh cherries and cherry products from the village during the ripening season (picking along the path is not permitted, however). The cherry educational trail was set up in 2006/2007.
