Two watermills used to belong to Königsbrück Castle; today only the Niedermühle on the Warmenau remains, exactly on the border between Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia.

Niemöller's Mill, Bielefeld's last remaining working watermill, is a wonderful destination for a day trip. Enjoy the merrily splashing waterwheel and treat yourself to a slice of freshly baked bread or butter cake. From April to October, the mill is open one weekend a month and can be visited from 2 pm to 5 pm. You can find out which weekends these are here: https://www.niemoellers-muehle.de/
