Great location for a break - or outside opening hours for a quiet look into the distance (because you're often alone on the large wooden terrace)

A recommended summit. Not only if you have little time or want to experience a sunrise or sunset at the summit. The panoramic view is also fantastic.

The Johann-Waller-Hütte is a rustic hut below the Schöckl summit. The culinary offering is first class. There is classic home cooking, pastries and sometimes something unusual. Cold drinks are also available in the self-service corner outside opening hours. https://johannwallerhuette.at/
