The bicycle bridge is a modern steel structure that connects the two banks of the Steyr. It was opened in 2010 and is part of the Enns cycle path, which leads from Flachau to the mouth of the Enns and the Danube. The bicycle bridge offers a beautiful view of the old town of Steyr and the mouth of the Steyr into the Enns. It is also a popular photo opportunity for cyclists and walkers.

The footbridge begins at the Working World Museum and leads to the other bank of the Steyr. From here a spiral staircase leads up to Lamberg Castle. There is a panoramic path around the castle with viewpoints of the confluence and the Steyrdorf (open April to October).
