A lovely place to stop for a break. A view of the lake is guaranteed. Shade from the trees is available. It's a great place to strike up a conversation with the locals.

Yes BUT. Nice views but too far from lake side. Mostly on public roads although slightly protected by yellow cycle lanes. Insufficient signage. Wouldn't doo again.

A lovely e-bike outing with a reward at the end!!! ;) The mushroom fondue is amazing!!! The owner goes to pick the mushrooms himself! A paragliding takeoff atmosphere from the restaurant terrace.

The "Pavilion des Bains" was built in the early 20th century and, after restoration, has found a new home here on the beach at Chez-le-Bart. The beach has a well-kept, large lawn with beach volleyball and a children's playground. The Buvette “La Capsule” finally makes this an ideal place for a short or longer break.

The current Saint-Jean-Baptiste Calvinist church was probably built at the end of the 11th century. The bell tower and the semicircular apse in the Romanesque style date from this period. The other components show Gothic styles of the 15th and 16th centuries. Further transformations and restorations were carried out in the 17th and 19th centuries. The vicarage was built in 1738. In the district of La Rive, some houses from the 15th century have been preserved. The building fabric of the rest of the village also has numerous houses from the 17th to 19th centuries. Nice little road through the vineyards. It rolls past castles and into a valley, absolutely gorgeous.

A cute little campsite by the lake. There is a coop nearby and also a restaurant. The service is very friendly, both in German and in French. Right next door is a playground for the little ones. You also have a great view of the lake! We recommend!
