The Kaiserschmarrn is highly recommended. A visit to the Techendorfer Alm has been a highlight of our vacation for years. And when the landlord has time, he comes out of the kitchen with a few stampers and sits down at the table for a chat.

The variant on the north side of the Hochtraten (1650) is only recommended with good studded tires and good driving technique, but rewards you with great views of the Drautal. The route is not a public MTB path!
