Lake Wolayersee lies at approximately 1,950 meters and is surrounded by several peaks with steep rock faces. The lake has no inflow; its water comes from rainfall and melting snow. On the lakeshore, the Wolayersee Hut, a mountain refuge belonging to the Austrian Alpine Club, offers accommodations and meals.

Beautiful cabin with great views and good food. The climb is not difficult and is easily passable via a gravel path. Good food awaits you upstairs.

Great hut with a great location and a great panorama.

An Alpine Club hut that is ideally suited to be used as a base for all kinds of climbing activities. Nice tenants, great food and clean camps and rooms. There is even a training room with a projector.

ÖAV hut directly on the Karnische Höhenweg. Interesting room layout, partly on 3 levels. Highly recommended as a place to stay.

Beautiful top renovated huts and very good prices. Tip when choosing the beds on the lower floors, otherwise it gets very warm at night.
