It's still worth it even when the mountain pasture is closed. You can drive up to here and then start one of the many tours. You'll need to bring a snack with you.

You don't have to be free from giddiness, just sure-footed. Hiking sticks are recommended for the way back downhill, but you can also do without them. Many also walk the path in sneakers 🤔
