The Rattendorfer Alm in the Carnic Alps is surrounded by idyllic alpine meadows where cows graze in summer. The homemade cheese is particularly popular. The hut can be reached by car, mountain bike and on foot. You can also stay overnight here. More information is available at https://rattendorferalm.at/index.php

It's still worth it even when the mountain pasture is closed. You can drive up to here and then start one of the many tours. You'll need to bring a snack with you.

Relatively busy large alpine hut, as it is a 30-minute walk from Nassfeld and can be reached by car. Not to be confused with the Hotel Plattner 300m in front of it. There is hot food and a dark Almbier and a craft beer (Schleppe Pale Ale No. 1)!

Good hot and cold food. Own craft beer (light). Great view. Buy your own cheese.
