Hut with wonderful views on the northern edge of the Alpine foothills. Excellent cuisine and friendly service.

The well-maintained hut offers plenty of seating (including under a really huge rowan tree!), outside toilets and a drinks machine that is always accessible.

We stayed at the Koglerhof on our hike from Hungary back to Switzerland. Everything was fine. We felt very comfortable.

The hut is open on weekends in summer, but only drinks are available. However, the sun terrace is wonderful and perfect for a break.

Great idyllic mountain hut with a fantastic view. After the peaks⛰️Gaisberg/Dürres Eck⛰️ be sure to take a break here before descending into the valley.😉👍🏻☀️🧡
