It's recommended to leave your bike at the bottom just before the final climb. If it's not too heavy, you can also carry or push it up for a summit photo; it's not far.

Great routing of a wonderful route. Via Verde through a wonderful landscape. It could be like this a lot more often, there are still enough disused railway lines.

The castle houses a local history museum and Ernst Urschitz's historical weapons collection with over 400 exhibits in the castle tower. The 23 m high tower also serves as a viewing tower with a panoramic view of the Mostviertel.
