From here you have a great view over the fields to Stettenfels Castle, which towers over Untergruppenbach. In summer there is a beer garden at the top of the castle.

1st rest only today

Since the BUGA 2019 in Heilbronn. Unfortunately, they were repeatedly destroyed, so they had to be placed behind the fence. But it's nice that they still exist and have been restored again and again.

In some places it is still difficult to drive because of the loose chippings (as of 06.09.)

Really beautiful, but there is so much loose chippings in the rather flat lower part that it should be classified as a gravel route. No fun with thinner racing bike tires. (Status 08/24)

The Gothic stone house on the market square dates back to the 14th century and was formerly inhabited by the Heilbronn reformer Johannes Lachmann. He also had the Renaissance bay window (1534) decorated with busts of the prophets Isaiah, Jeremiah, Hosea and Habakkuk. The house owes its name to the title heroine of Heinrich von Kleist's drama "Käthchen von Heilbronn". (Source: Heilbronn.de)
