The Hermagorer Bodenalm is located at an altitude of 1,231 meters in the middle of the Gailtal Alps and is a popular destination for cyclists. The hut is easily accessible via forest paths and offers everything a cyclist's heart desires, including homemade cheese. The season runs from the beginning of May to mid-October. Very nice alpine pasture, it's best if you come on a rest day 🤣 otherwise it's very crowded because of the proximity to the cable car
