Between Arflinafurgga and Mattjisch Horn, the marked snowshoe trail 568 runs along the ridge in winter. Where necessary, the trail switches to the opposite side, either the north or south side. This allows for easy progress.

In winter, the two Cluner lakes are barely visible, as they lie nestled in the Fideriser Heuberge mountains, known for their reliable snow cover. While their beauty remains largely hidden during the colder months, this makes snowshoeing all the more appealing.

The Arflinafurgga pass lies at an altitude of 2,247 meters and connects the Fideriser Heuberg with the Schanfigg valley. It is located on the marked snowshoe trail 568 and, in good weather, offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Grisons mountains.
