In winter, the two Cluner lakes are barely visible, as they lie nestled in the Fideriser Heuberge mountains, known for their reliable snow cover. While their beauty remains largely hidden during the colder months, this makes snowshoeing all the more appealing.

The Arflinafurgga pass lies at an altitude of 2,247 meters and connects the Fideriser Heuberg with the Schanfigg valley. It is located on the marked snowshoe trail 568 and, in good weather, offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Grisons mountains.

Large sections of this path intersect with seasonal streams. Waterproof boots or wellies recommended.

Beautiful area, even in winter, not crowds of people. With a beautiful view.

It's always nice when you've made it. The mountain panorama is overwhelming. The reward is a wonderful descent, no matter which side you go on.

Open from 6am-midnight. Self-service but with charm and good prices. Highly recommended

The Berghaus operates an Alpine taxi service. However, I almost got sick during the rapid and jerky ride down the narrow road down to Fideris.
