Fantastic location, simply super.

Nice hut with a cozy atmosphere. From here you can take nice extra routes.

Super beautiful hike and great natural spectacle. But dog owners beware! Steep, open wooden stairs are extremely dangerous for small dogs and must be carried in places. Large dogs must be athletic and courageous. A grating bridge must be overcome. And at the end you have to leave the gorge through a revolving door through which larger dogs only fit through without their people. Can you do that?

A beautifully situated hut, which blends almost invisibly into the landscape. From the sun terrace you can occasionally spot daring climbers on the wall of the Lamsenjochspitze.

Magnificent view but also difficult, not to be underestimated ascent with the E Mtb. Very long, steep and scree slope. From the hut over a narrow, steep scree path only to push. (approx. 1km)

Very nice location. You can strengthen yourself in the beautiful beer garden.

Very good food and large portions.

The food is exceptionally good for a mountain hut, with lots of fresh vegetables. However, it may not necessarily be suitable for hungry mountain hikers 🤔? My recommendation: be sure to ask for a second helping if you're still hungry (even if the waitresses may seem a bit dismissive 🤪). At breakfast the organization was a bit bumpy... so be patient and maybe bring a little time. Of course, none of this changes anything about the magnificent location 😊. The great awareness of environmental protection is particularly worth mentioning 👍
