이겔코프에서 능선을 따라 왔는데, 저처럼 익숙하지 않은 사람에게는 꽤 힘들었습니다. 상당히 가파르고, 계속해서 작은 장애물들이 있었고, 좌우로 떨어지는 곳도 있었습니다. 정말 최고였어요 :D 바로 다시 하고 싶습니다.

Coming from the Kuhgrad you should have absolutely no fear of heights and be sure-footed. The path partially runs directly on a narrow path that has been cut out of the wall. At one point you also have to cross a very short narrow meadow ridge. The last part of the path to the summit is very steep. Experience with easy climbing routes is an advantage. There is a wire rope safety line almost the entire time, either on the left or right. To make the ascent easier, concrete steps have been set in places or steps have been cut out of the rock. The path to the saddle in front of the Three Sisters is much easier. A narrow mountain path that runs along the slope.

The 3 Sisters or the main peak is a great mountain with a wonderful view. Particularly recommended as a bike & hike tour from Feldkirch, up to Hinterälpele you can cover 1000 m in altitude and around 11 km in a knee-friendly way before you head to the summit.
