The Schrattenfluh, especially the Hengst 🏔 (2,092 m), offers a challenging hike with an alpine character. The route requires surefootedness 🥾 and a head for heights, as it leads over steep scree fields and narrow ridge paths.
Beautiful summit, with a magnificent all-round view. Accessible from Lombachalp, from the Innereriz or from Kemmeriboden Bad. Can be easily combined with the Hohgant West and Trogenhorn to form a longer circuit.
Fantastic paths lead through the forest up to the Blasenfluh. I was completely alone up there, the peace and quiet and the view of the Alps is unique! Nice places to sit.
