Waterfall in the Rotbachtobel, probably the largest and most beautiful waterfall for miles around. Access via a new, steep but well-made path, same way back. The Höchfall is a first-class highlight, absolutely worth seeing 🤩🤩🤩

The path is steep but super well prepared, easy to walk and a nice alternative to the main path towards Seealpsee. The babbling brook with the small waterfall are beautiful to look at and a worthwhile photo opportunity

Some waterfalls are not that small, but rather impressive. But not always so clearly visible from the path, so sometimes you have to go down carefully or follow the stream to the rear. The hiking trail itself is really nothing special here. Rather steep, with coarse, loose gravel, which requires increased caution when descending because it can be slippery.

The path past the waterfall is quite wide and well made for a mountain hiking trail, but it already has a few steep steps. But completely hassle-free and easy to go. Much nicer than the main path directly to the Seealpsee.

On the way from Petersalp towards Guggeien, there are several small waterfalls to admire, provided there is enough water, and the splashing is wonderful. The path itself is not really something special, but these waterfalls make it something special.
