Alp Foo is an alpine settlement in the municipality of Mels in the canton of St. Gallen, located approximately 2 km east of the Foo Pass, which forms the border between the cantons of Glarus and St. Gallen. I rode from the Klunkel Pass towards Vättis. There's a comfortable, fairly flat descent. The area is very beautiful. I took a short nap on a bench in the shade by the stream.
