The cuisine is characterized by selected regional specialties, with particular emphasis on seasonal offerings such as the extensive game buffet in autumn. The Staubern stands for innovation and a conscious approach to nature. The cable car runs every 20 minutes (xx:00 / xx:20 / xx:40) on the hour in high season for groups of 3 or more people. In case of large crowds, it runs continuously (every 8 minutes). The 1,506 meter high Fänärenspitz is the northernmost Swiss Alpine peak in the canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden. From the Gipferkreuz you have a wonderful view of the Appenzellerland.
