The Argen Gorge with its vertical walls around 100 metres high was formed by the Argenbach stream. It falls from Damüls into the valley and has cut through the limestone layers over the course of thousands of years.

It is now very easy to pass. My girlfriend (1.65m) got over it with a normal stride without any problem. On the side where the path is quite steep, there is a wire rope - so it is a nice experience.
