The path through the Oytal is one of the classics in Oberstdorf and is correspondingly well attended. But still worth it because it's really beautiful.
The ascent over the Hölltobel and the Rautweg leads along natural mountain paths. Ankle-high mountain boots with good tread soles, surefootedness and a minimum level of head for heights are recommended! Be careful in wet conditions!
The rise is fierce. But the goal is an absolute highlight. A tip: climb up the short climb and stand directly in front of the waterfall and feel the water up close. Absolutely awesome!
