Fantastic bike tour around Lake Attersee clockwise (recommended) approx. 52 km. On the west bank follow the R2 via Buchberg - if you like it a bit more sporty (no problem with an e-bike and not always along the main road). Rest at the marina in Seewalchen (Klimt Center). Then back along the east bank, mostly downhill and with many swimming opportunities. Partly cycle path along the lakeside road.

It is so indescribably beautiful here. You actually always meet other cyclists who are great to talk to. Beautiful area and landscape!!

Unfortunately there is only one open cafe in the whole town and it was of course pretty full

Head south when you spend your holiday in Unterach am Attersee. The village at the southern end of Lake Attersee used to be called "Little Venice". Today, Unterach am Attersee impresses with a wonderful mixture of the imposing villas from the turn of the century and its village character.
