This simple summit lies exactly on the district border between Graz and Leibnitz or between the villages of Hausmannstätten and Liebensdorf and is embedded in a beautiful network of hiking trails. The parish and pilgrimage church of Mariatrost in Fernitz is a late Gothic hall church with a remarkable choir solution of art historical importance. The parish is invited to a pilgrimage every 13th of the month.

The Gnaning Dorf chapel was built in 1820 to thank the landowner at the time and invites you to rest and linger.
